Package 3: Additional information

Families who choose not to pay for additional services

We understand that circumstances vary. This policy explains what happens if a parent or carer chooses not to pay for optional extras. Our aim is to remain fair, transparent, and supportive while ensuring compliance with local authority guidance.

We offer a limited number of Bursary or fully funded spaces for families who choose not to pay for additional services. These spaces are allocated in line with our Admission Policy, prioritising University and Imago employees and students. If all fully funded spaces are taken, families may join our waiting list.

Bursary or fully funded places are usually available on specific days e.g. Monday or Friday however alternative days may be offered subject to availability.

Parents who choose not to take the all-inclusive package should speak directly to the Head of Nursery to agree on arrangements that suit both the family and the nursery prior to starting. These places are offered on a termly basis and reviewed before each new term.
